Happy New Year!
2014 was not so great for some local telephone hardware partners. Cloud telephony has sent most PBX hardware vendors in to a tailspin not knowing how to manage the transition. I am happy to say that Cloud Networx is strong and growing. We billed 115 new customers and completed some pretty impressive projects in 2014. (2) techs that are very versatile in voice, data & security joined my team and our revinues were up 33% over 2013. Such a blessing to be in this position, continuing this growth debt free.
New Partners
Cloud Networx was recognized for outstanding achievements in 2014 and have signed some major partner agreements that are only offered to those deserving the honor. We are now a Bogen "Engineered System Contractor" under an agreement that allows us to offer specialized paging (PA) solutions to the education, medical and industrial sectors of the SC market. The agreement also enables these products to be stocked locally in Greenville. Before Bogen ESC parts were ordered direct from Bogen in Ramsey, New Jersey. Our certified Bogen Engineer, Cory Morgan, will head up our Mass Notification team plus extend technical support on Multicom 2000 intercom environments to SC's public & private school systems.
Cloud Networx deployed a Linux SIP PBX (ProTel LTS) in Greenville, SC that was manufactured in America by nexMatrix, a CLEC based in Idaho. The deployment was the first of it's kind in the US and was enhanced during deployment to be the most secure SIP environment offered in our local telecom market. As a result this venture enables Cloud Networx to deliver softswitch carrier grade PBX technology to customers of any size. The ProTel was originally a nexMatrix Hosted PBX solution and now, with their "Power of Two", the ProTel premise PBX can have full redundant service to the ProTel Cloud PBX.
Vtech came out with their Vtech Eris SIP phone end of 2014 and Cloud Networx enabled a 60 phone deployment as soon as the phones were released to market. Vtech now has honored us as a Premier Partner in our efforts to provide their SIP phones. The Vtech Eris supports HD Voice and 32 button lamps to emulate a true key system environment plus they auto provision to the ProTel PBX & the nexVtec (soon to come).
New Office
For the last 4 years we opperated Cloud Networx out of a 3000 sq. ft. warehouse on my farm in Spartanburg, SC. We will now be taking another step forward by creating a new lab environment at the Spartanburg Expo Center. This move creates the image Cloud Networx deserves and enables us to cater to our partner requirements for expanding their brand awareness in the SC, NC & GA. This "step forward" is also required now that we have 300 active customers and forecasting an additional 200 clients gained in 2015. We are expecting to move as soon as the existing tenant moves out first of Febuary.
Looking Forward
Cloud Networx is excited to announce that we will be hiring again filling positions for a service technician, VoIP engineers & helpers required for phone, video & paging deployments. We are also looking forward to a new product from nexMatrix, the nexVtec. nexVtec is an "all in one" VoIP PBX & router that is very affordable and easy to manage for the small business. Telemarketing efforts are also being arranged to deliver the brand awareness of Cloud Networx extending our service support to local businesses that may require a new voice vendor in our area.

Yes 2015 is already looking awesome. Great products, great technicians, great image and great customers. We are finishing up some very nice installs and was just awarded 2 more exciting projects that will launched Cloud Networx in to 2015 with big smiles.
